The photo challenge for today was way hard. I realized that I don't really hate anything...and then I thought about it and there is one little thing. You see that little dot on my right foot? It's a mosquito bite, and I really really don't like mosquitoes.

Approximately one year ago these two little boys did not get along. This picture goes to show what TIME can  do to two little cousin who now love each other.

Day 17- Real Life

This is as real as life gets. My grandpa has been in the hospital the last few days and to welcome him home we decorated his door. Here Elliot and Truman (my nephews) are putting up the colorful notes we wrote to him. I love this, because the plan today was to go to the pool and swim, but because of the rain and our want to cheer up Grandpa, we spent time serving. These little boys gladly set aside THEIR wants, and helped someone in need.

Day 15- Necessity

This is the Seattle Temple. Today I chose this picture because temples are such a necessity in my life and in the lives of Latter-Day Saints. I love to go to the temple, and when I do, I find peace and solace from my worldly cares.

Day 14- Creative

So, I am finally going to finish this photo challenge even though I am about 15 days behind. :) These are my amazing friends whom I had the opportunity to go to Seattle with. From left to right: Alyssa, Ashlee, Becca, and Sarah. I think I took about 550 pictures on Choir Tour, so you can imagine that we thought of a lot of different ways to pose. These girls were so accommodating to my want for taking a picture every 10 seconds. Thanks girlies!

Day 13- Noon

I am a napper. I absolutely love taking naps and especially in the summer when the sun is shining through my window. I took a nap around noon the other day and decided to hurry and take a picture to count for the day's theme. 

Day 12- BeautifulOn Sunday I tried on my mom's wedding dress. She made it herself and I am in awe of its beauty. I also could not believe that is fit me perfectly. Just call me little Sharlene. 

Day 11- New

When I was younger, my family would take walks along this trail at BYU on Sundays. I have great memories of walking along this little river, but back then it did not look like this. It has been years since we've walked along here and we recently decided to go back. This is a picture of the NEW trail that has just been finished and it is beautiful. 

     Day 10- High Angle 

This picture is not fake! :) For the first time I hiked through Bryce Canyon and it was amazing. This picture was taken at a look out point and I think I fainted when I saw the view. If you ever have a chance to go to Bryce....do it! You won't regret it! 

                 Day 9- Morning

For the last few days I have been at Youth Conference with my ward, so a couple of my pictures are taken in beautiful southern Utah. I thoroughly enjoyed taking pictures of such a beautiful place. This picture was taken the morning we woke up to leave. The sun is just peaking over the mountains.

These little feet are my niece's, Merit. Today Lauren (my sister-in-law) came down the stairs with Merit in the laundry basket, and it was the most adorable thing ever. Her little toes are painted pink, and she is holding her little dolly. :)

Day 7- Red

This is Lukie Boy Evans Skywalker Einstein (aka. my nephew Luke), but that's what he calls himself....so we will go with it. I absolutely adore this little boy, and today I was lucky enough to get to spend some time with him. I noticed that he had red shorts on, so it gave me the perfect opportunity to have a photo shoot with this little guy. He has so much energy, and I love it!

                                                                            Day 6- Home

So let me explain this picture.....for me, home is in my room on my bed. You can ask any of my family members who has the most comfortable bed in the family....and I can assure you that they will say I do. ;) I practically live in my room, well, I am not that anti-social, but seriously, I love laying on my bed and reading a book or writing in my journal. By the way, the book in the picture is A Tree Grows in Brooklyn, my favorite book of all time. And also, that's Blue, he is my adorable bear I have had for like ten years that I sleep with every night.
